Yasmeem and Richard the concierge are the most amazing and nicest persons I've met at the hotel, they went beyond their duties to make me feel at home, and chatting with me once I came from the museums, awesome customer service. Concierge Richard gave me all the tips to visit DC told me stories about the museums, he has such a knowledge that you could spend years talking with him and never get tired, he told me told to visit the Museum of the Bible [the only one you have to pay]; and I recommend that you go with plenty of time, at least, 4 hours, take the tour Washington Revelations Sites and Scriptures IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!! so exciting. Coffee is really good. Because it was my birthday and my phone did not have signal on my room, they gave me an upgrade. Rest of the team are amazing too. Breakfast: every day you have something different and yummy. Uber: is expensive like a hell, I live in Florida/South Beach and I never spent so much $$$ (I was alone and I did not want to walk alone in a place that I don not very well) my stay was from December 22 to December 31. Souvenirs: are expensive too. This is my third time visiting Washington DC and, still I couldn't visit all the museums. Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum: please make reservations ahead your visit.

The location was great within walking distance to the Mall and all the sights. We only needed the metro to get to and from the hotel. You can go directly from IAD to the hotel (Silver Line). The size of the room was sufficient for 5 people. Breakkfast was very good, very sweet but the children loved it. A little hotel shop and a friendly concierge.

Claudia

This hotel only serves breakfast. Breakfast was decent. No room service, therefore no dinner menu. There are enough fast food places within a two block radius. Potbelly, McDonalds, Subway, Starbucks. The Hyatt which is one block away offered a okay rooftop experience with adequate drinks and menu. Close walk to all Smithsonian museums.

Tina

Assistant Manager Robert was very friendly and (cheerfully) did his very best to accommodate all of our requests. The parking garage was clean and safe, the included AM breakfast was delicious and well stocked each morning. Our room was very clean and the location couldn’t be beat! We had a wonderful trip.

Christopher

We liked how responsive the staff was. The room had all the advertised amenities which was perfect for our family of 5. Loved having a fitness center and pool on the second floor, it was easy to access. Lastly the hotel was very quiet, comfortable and a comfortable walking distance to all the attractions.
